Patio Sealing*: We only offer a drive sealing service during summer months to the need for dry conditions, this is order to avoid disappointment.
When cleaning brick/block driveways if we slightly remove the joint sand* we are happy to re-sand once we finish although this may have to be on a separate day as it needs to be completely dry.
Remove of joint sand*: This is somewhat unavoidable and is very much dependant on how well the drive was laid to begin with. it is also dependant on how well it has been maintained over the years. We are happy to re -sand your drive intact we recommend it in conjunction with spraying the drive with a weed killler on completion. but some customers who are selling go for the cheeper quick fix option of just a wash.
Broken lost or cracked mortar* As we are using a pressured waters system this will expose any shortcomings in the joints of your patio that has occurred over time due to age or movement. This is unavoidable as it is impossible to see beneath the dirt and grim as it can hide a multitude of sins. We try not to interact with damaged areas so as not to make the damage worse, we are able to conduct basic repairs if you require us to do so, this would insure an extra cost and may have to be completed on another day.
Price/quotes
We are happy to give you a free quote on your cleaning and do not always need to physically inspect the patio to assess how long the job will take, you can send us an image of the areas that you want to clean and we can make a suggestion on what equipment and process are required. Because of this quotes are not set in stone as a picture can’t show issues that the dirt may be hiding so on arrival we will conduct an inspection and confirm any additional cost as options you may wish to take or leave.
